EVERYPOS SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTICE: EveryPOS reserves rights to upgrade the customer selected shipping method to equivalent UPS or FedEX shipping free of charge with or without any notice.

EveryPOS will ship to all states within Contiguous United States.  This excludes, Hawaii and Alaska.

EveryPOS will never downgrade customer selected shipping option.  If you have selected 2 day shipping, we will never ship with a method that will take more than what you have paid for.

EveryPOS will not take order cancellation request after the product has shipped.

EveryPOS will accept return requests made within 30 days of purchase.  Return requests are valid for 30 days starting the day of the approval.  EveryPOS will email the customer with the return request number and the return period.

EveryPOS will not accept return requests made after 30 days of purchase.

EveryPOS will not issue a refund for item that arrives after return window.

EveryPOS will not accept partial product returns.

EveryPOS will not issue refunds on product deemed to be unacceptable for a refund.  This includes, major damages, non-functioning, missing parts, etc.

EveryPOS will not refund shipping fees.

EveryPOS will waive restocking fee on unopened items.  When the customer received the product, but decides to return it without opening the package, customer may do so and EveryPOS will not charge a restocking fee.  This applies to products damaged during shipping.  If product packaging is damaged upon arrival, do not open the package.  Take pictures and send in return request.

EveryPOS will provide return shipping label on wrongly shipped items, and defective items.  If the customer receives a product that does not match the product description excluding color, EveryPOS will send a prepaid return shipping label to the customer.  After we receive the item, depending on customer request, we will issue a full refund on the item or ship the ordered item again.

EveryPOS will charge restocking fee of 15% on items returned that are not defective or wrongly shipped.  EveryPOS will charge additional restocking fee up to 15% depending on the condition of the item received from the customer.
